API integrations
Information exchange between internal systems and external services. We define access permissions, data mapping and synchronisation direction.

Your tools. One coherent workflow.
Data should reach the people and systems that need it without constant copying. We design integrations and automate repetitive tasks, including what should happen when a connection fails.

We start with a specific task and data source. We check whether your tools offer APIs, exports or another safe way to exchange information.
Information exchange between internal systems and external services. We define access permissions, data mapping and synchronisation direction.
Case handovers, notifications, status changes and reporting inputs. We automate tasks according to agreed business rules.
Retries, duplicates and invalid data need deliberate handling. We plan logs and failure detection rather than assuming every request succeeds.
An example in practice
Imagine a process where an approved order must be manually copied from a sales tool into an operational system.
The starting point
Someone copies the data, checks it and notifies the next department. If a system is unavailable or the order changes, it is hard to tell what has been transferred.
A possible solution
An integration transfers the agreed data after approval. Each transfer has a visible result; a failure does not disappear without a trace.
This event triggers the transfer.
We validate the format and prevent duplicates.
Confirmation, or a controlled retry and an error notification.
An illustrative scenario showing a possible scope, not a project delivered for a particular client.
We identify the source of truth, data recipients, API capabilities, limits and required permissions.
We design mappings, triggers, duplicate handling and failure behaviour.
We check scenarios in a test environment, deploy the connection and document how it works.
An agreed data flow, a working connection and documentation for configuration and troubleshooting. Monitoring and ongoing support are scoped to the integration’s importance to your business.
04 / FAQ
Not always. There must be an available and permitted way to read or write data. We review documentation, access, limits and terms before committing to delivery.
We investigate other supported options such as file exports and imports. The approach depends on the tool’s constraints, exchange frequency and reliability requirements.
It does not have to. Starting with a repetitive part often makes sense while keeping decisions and exceptions under human control.
We agree on minimum permissions, secret storage and what information can appear in logs. Security requirements are discussed before implementation.
