Custom business software

Software built around the way your business works.

When spreadsheets, email and off-the-shelf tools stop being enough, adding another app may not solve the problem. We help turn a business process into a coherent system with clear rules, access to data and room to grow.

Go to contact

Move beyond manual workarounds.

Custom software makes sense when an important process is difficult to support with existing tools. Before proposing a new system, we explore what can be improved in your current setup.

  • The same information is copied between spreadsheets, email and multiple applications.
  • Your team lacks a shared view of cases, orders or customer relationships.
  • Permissions and responsibility for each stage of a process are unclear.
  • Your current system requires workarounds that make daily work or future development harder.

What we can build

Process-specific CRM

Customer relationships, sales stages and collaboration history. The scope follows your team’s work rather than a standard feature checklist.

Operational dashboards

Cases, tasks, orders and approvals in one place. Views and roles designed for the people who actually use the system.

B2B platforms

Partner and customer portals with access to documents, requests, orders and information associated with their organisation.

Orders arrive by email. The team gets one shared view.

Imagine a service company where orders arrive by email, deadlines live in a spreadsheet and progress has to be chased.

The starting point

Answering a customer means piecing together information from several places. When a deadline or owner changes, it is easy to lose track of the current situation.

  • Email: the order description
  • Spreadsheet: deadline and owner
  • Conversations: the latest status

A possible solution

A shared register brings together the order, ownership and change history. Each person sees what they need for their part of the work.

Workflow sketch
  1. The order in one place

    Description, customer and agreed deadline.

  2. A clear owner

An assigned person and the next action.

  3. Progress without chasing

The current stage and a history of decisions.

For the first release
One order type, essential roles and the complete path from acceptance to completion. Advanced reports can come later.
How we validate it
We walk through real examples with the team: changing a deadline, handing over a task and checking a status as another person.

An illustrative scenario showing a possible scope, not a project delivered for a particular client.

How we work

01

Map the process and data

We identify users, data sources, exceptions and the points where work currently stalls.

02

Define a useful first release

We choose one complete workflow, agree on permissions and acceptance criteria, and plan data migration.

03

Launch and evolve

We validate the system with users, document the solution and agree on the next priorities.

What you receive

An agreed scope, working software for the selected process and documentation to support its use and development. Code handover, deployment and ongoing support arrangements are agreed before work starts.

Before we start

Is a custom CRM always better than an existing product?

No. If an existing tool supports the key process, configuring or integrating it may be the better choice. We consider custom development where fit and control over future development justify the investment.

Can we start with one department or process?

Yes. The first phase can cover one specific workflow, provided it is useful from the start and has clear boundaries.

Can you migrate data from our current system?

That depends on access, data quality and export formats. We review sample data and plan how to verify the migration before estimating the work.

What determines the cost and timeline?

The number of processes and roles, integrations, data migration, and availability and security requirements. We agree on scope and estimation after a conversation rather than quoting a universal price.
